  • Business Development
  • Establish with real estate agent network in the market
  • Evaluate agent capability with the most objective, fair and hight responsibilites and make reports on evaluation and proposal
  • Undestand the competitors and their products and deep sales incentives
  • Have a good sense of competive market and market development trend
  • Business Supervision
  • Supervise agents’ business doing and cooperating with and supporting agents in property sales to reach the target
  • Supervise the sales of agents and solving generated prolblems quickly
  • Training sales with agents with comprehensive information relating to the targeted projects
  • Cooperate with internal units and external partners in controlling and managing property listing stock and sales procedures
  • Have a good senses of sales-oriented human resources
  • Daily report on sales status and provide solutions to promote the sales
  • Participate in producing specific reports as quired
  • Other tasks as required by Head of the Department

  • University Degree in Real estate, Economics, Business administration, Banking, Financing, Foreign languages or related disciplines
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in real estate developers and/ or developers
  • Good knowledge of local real estate market and market trend
  • Good knowledge of real estate law
  • Business Skills
  • Critical research – gather critical information from key and reliable sources
  • Organization Skills – obtain different resources and proceed according to requirements, checklists and schedule
  • Possess a strong understanding of Vietnam property market and market trends
  • Knowledge of market research, layout/ design concepts and infrastructure
  • General Skills
  • Good team player – promote cooperation, share ideas and information
  • Independently Work under high pressure and tight deadlines if needed
  • Problem solving – ability to identify problems and quickly solving
  • Strategic analysis and a good sense of market develoment trend
  • Networking - network and develop relationships both within and outside the Group
