MIKGROUP TO DEVELOP IMPERIA SMART CITY PROJECT

MIKGroup decided to enter a partnership with HBI Company to develop Imperia Smart City Project on a land slot within Tay Mo new urban area, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

This is MIKGroup’s new move for the strategy of developing the premium apartment building brand of Imperia, known by the market with 2 project named Imperia Sky Garden (423 Minh Khai) and Imperia Garden (203 Nguyen Huy Tuong), Hanoi.
According to MIKGroup, Imperia Smart City will feature apartments with flexible size from 25 - 78m2 and various design for 1-3 bedrooms. The project was completed with 2 basements, building rate of 30-32.7% and state-of-the-art 4.0 technology applications. As per schedule, Imperia Smart City Project will be launched soon.
Alongside other giants, MIKGroup continue to affirm its position as one of the best real estate developers active in the West Hanoi Market. According to expert opinions, this area is considered a highly potential one with easy access and modern infrastructure.
Previously, Hanoi’s People’s Committee issued Decision No. 5063/QD-UBND allowing Thai Son Investment And Construction Join Stock Company to transfer a part of Tay Mo - Dai Liem New Urban Area (under Vinhomes Smart City’s ownership), Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi to HBI Joint Stock Company.
 
As per the decision, the project part to be transfered includes: Slot F4-CH04 sized at 14,734 m2; Slot F4-CH05 sized at 8,576 m2 for constructing high-rise buildings, internal yards and roads, technical infrastructures and green trees for above ground, basement for underground; Slot F4-CX03 sized at 8,673 m2; Slot GT2 sized at 1,425 m2 or constructing internal roads, technical infrastructures and green trees for above ground, basement for underground
The total investment for the transfered part is around 5,596 billions VND, expected to completed on April 2024.
