In the voting for notable property brands, products, and services hosted by Reatimes – Vietnam Real Estate Online Magazine, Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc and Imperia Sky Garden, both developed by MIKGroup, were named winners of two crucial categories - top 10 promising resorts in 2020 and top 10 best high-end apartment complexes in 2019, respectively.

Potential developers and projects were nominated by Reatimes’ council of 20 experts, shortlisted by 300,000 readers voting on http://binhchon.reatimes.vn, and finalized by 150 journalists covering the fields of economy, construction, and real estate. The program aims to find out the most notable local property brands, products, and services, thus providing a source of reference for the ranking of brands, products, and services available on the market.
