The corporation’s project development strategy was formed with three key lines of products, matching market-specific demands and region-specific advantages.

Following this strategy, the corporation shaped many products to meet customers’ needs on quality, design, operation and management, etc. Pursuing premium products right from the start was perceived as a calculated but risky move by the corporation.
However, according to the corporation’s CEO, current real estate customers are wise consumers. The time when house buyers know product from investor’s promotion and introduction have long been gone. For each projects and projects being launched into market, customers are the fairest examiners. The rising rate of customers with premium real estate ownership need partly convinced MIKGroup to stay true to its strategy.
"Real estate is the kind of business that any company may do. However, build such a house, a hotel or resort for sale or for rent that the house buyers or service users, after the first deal want to buy more or rent more is something that not any company manages to achieve. Our target is such development, building customer’s trust step by step", the corporation’s leader shared.
With such position, MIKGroup’s projects at various regions attracted tremendous interest and reception by customers and investors.
In addition to each project’s quality and aesthetics, to meet customers’ rising demands, the corporation partnered with international hotel operation managers such as Meliã, Accor, IHG...
For example, to develop Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc, the corporation partnered with Accor, one of the world’s leading hotel management corporations headquartered in France. The project consisted of sea villas, 5-star hotels and condotels on the primitive Ong Lang beach. This was also the only project chosen by Accor to manage in Phu Quoc.

Success from unique lines of product

According to the corporation’s representative, since real estate investment intention was conceived, the corporation did thoroughly researches on areas and regions with long-term development potential. Of which, Hanoi, HCMC and Phu Quoc (Kien Giang) were considered as the areas with highest potentials. 

Villa Park developed by MIKGroup in District 9, HCMC

The corporation introduced key lines of product matching each region, such as the Imperia premium apartment buildings intended for Hanoi market such as Imperia Garden and Imperia Sky Garden. In HCMC market, the trend was villa - townhouse with such villa, shophouse and concentrated townhouse projects as Villa Park, Villa Park Passion, Park Riverside, Park Riverside Premium and RioVista developed in District 9. In Phu Quoc, many resort real estate projects were formed such as Sol Beach House and Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc.

Of which, the Imperia-branded apartment building family aiming at premium segment, occupied convenient locations at the heart of Hanoi. The common features of those projects were international-standard building quality with designs optimized for maximum in functionality and rich in size. The product line was expected to create ideal international-standard living spaces for Vietnamese.

From Hanoi to HCMC projects, the corporation focused on the connection between interior and landscape, creating a modern and luxury living experience but still in harmony with the nature.

As for townhose villa product line, MIKGroup chose to develop into a concentrated project chain in District 9, HCMC, with the most recent one being Elegant Park Villa in Hanoi. Building villa and shophouse complexes in the real estate market in the East of Saigon further enforced MIKGroup brand's reputation and status on real estate market.

In Hanoi, the “Elegant Park Villa” premium villa project in Thach Ban Ward, LongBien District, which has just been introduced, was one of the most prominent projects in the East of this city. According to the corporation’s representative, Elegant Park Villa was constantly rated as a top project and received a tremendous amount of attention from the market.

In the resort real estate segment, the corporation intended to develop many projects in Phu Quoc with the debut projects being Sol Melia Phu Quoc opened in the late 2016, attracting domestic and international visitors visiting the jade island.
