In addition to each project’s quality and aesthetics, to meet customers’ rising demands, the corporation partnered with international hotel operation managers such as Meliã, Accor, IHG...
For example, to develop Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc, the corporation partnered with Accor, one of the world’s leading hotel management corporations headquartered in France. The project consisted of sea villas, 5-star hotels and condotels on the primitive Ong Lang beach. This was also the only project chosen by Accor to manage in Phu Quoc.
According to the corporation’s representative, since real estate investment intention was conceived, the corporation did thoroughly researches on areas and regions with long-term development potential. Of which, Hanoi, HCMC and Phu Quoc (Kien Giang) were considered as the areas with highest potentials.
