After the success of a series of high-end apartment complex projects including the Imperia Garden (located on Nguyen Huy Tuong Street) and the Imperia Sky Garden (located on Minh Khai Street), MIKGroup continues to expand its Imperia brand to conquer the West Hanoi market with the Imperia Smart City project, which aims to offer its customers high-end apartments with more reasonable prices.

Approximately five years ago, when MIKGroup had just entered the real estate market, instead of choosing to develop common housing projects with affordable prices for the majority of people, MIKGroup made a bold decision to focus on developing high-end projects, tending to the needs of the high-income segment.
Therefore, MIKGroup has introduced a series of high-end projects under the Imperia brand, situated at prime locations in the center of Hanoi. All the construction of MIKGroup's projects follow international standards, prioritizing the development of a tranquil and green living space that is equipped with creative, modern, and smart designs to optimize their capacity and the diversity of their areas.

From the investors’ perspective, the “Imperia” chain of products lives up to the international standards of living spaces for Vietnamese people because MIKGroup’s combination of the interior and landscape offers a modern and world-class lifestyle while staying in harmony with nature.

For example, the Imperia Garden at 203 Nguyen Huy Tuong Street, ever since its opening days,  has quickly become a hot topic of discussion in Hanoi real estate market thanks to its unique design, architecture, and landscape. At that time, the Imperia Garden was viewed by customers and investors as a “garden in the city” with verdant trees and lush grasses embracing the construction. The project has been handed over for three years but its quality is still highly regarded by its residents.
The Imperia Sky Garden makes its marks with an impressive design of the “Eden” concept.
Particularly, in the Imperia Sky Garden project at 423 Minh Khai Street, MIKGroup, following the world’s modern design trend, made the project stand out with an emphasis on the “Eden” concept, which creates green and breezy spaces between its buildings, from the ground up to the top floors. Tagging along is an “all-in-one combo” to meet the customers’ essential needs.

According to Mr. Duong Duc Hien – the Sales Director of MIKGroup, the series of high-end Imperia apartment complexes have become the “hallmark” of MIKGroup in Hanoi’s housing market. They not only meet the people’s needs for a green life but also bring convenient and secure living spaces for all of their residents.

To carry on that success, MIKGroup is developing the Imperia Smart City apartment complex inside of Vinhomes Smart City - a megacity in the West of Hanoi. Located at a prime location, this complex is on Thang Long Highway and only seven-minute away from the Vietnam National Convention Center, thus giving it easy connection to public service delivery agencies, commercial, cultural, and sports services as well as education systems ranging from general to higher education. In the future, metro lines 5, 6, and 7 will also pass by this complex, thereby enabling easier and quicker transportation.

Residents of Imperia Smart City will enjoy cutting-edge 4.0 technologies including a comprehensive smart ecosystem with 4 core pillars: smart security, smart operation, smart community, and smart apartment, which promises to facilitate a dynamic, modern, and state-of-the-art life.

MIKGroup continues to expand the Imperia brand to conquer the West Hanoi market.
Additionally, the project is planned to house schools, hospitals, malls, with its accent being Sports Park, one of the biggest in the Southeast Asia, and a wide range of new amenities right in the city. Residents of Imperia Smart City will receive their complete apartments with all amenities, even wooden flooring.

Especially, the project's investors have diversified the apartments’ amenities to include small bedrooms with an area of just more than 30m2, which are suitable for experts, scientists, economists, and investors with a limited budget of more than VND 1 billion.

On the reasoning behind the development of apartment complexes at the city's outskirts, the General Secretary of the Vietnam Association of Realtors, Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh said that selling houses in big cities is not as easy as it seems. For many people living in big cities, their dream of staying away from the hustle and bustle of the street to rest and relax with their families in a clean living space and being in harmony with nature seems so ordinary yet hard to realize.

Meanwhile, according to a representative of MIKGroup, people looking to buy houses today are the wisest consumers. The ratio of people with average to high income in Vietnam is on a rapid rise and so is their need for improving their living spaces.

Therefore, instead of focusing on low-priority areas, MIKGroup has wisely created a series of high-end Imperia apartment complexes to offer both its customers and investors perfect settlements and good investment opportunities.
