Vietnam MIKGroup Joint Stock Company (MIKGroup)’s Board of Director has just officially appointed Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tran its new Chairman - CEO.

With over 30 years of experience working in Real Estate Investment, Construction and Development in many countries such as the U.S., Spain, the Philippines, Italy, Greece, China. etc., Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tran possesses a tremendous amount of insight into Viet Nam and international Real Estate market. He also took part in Investment and Real Estate forums as a speaker and an adviser. The appointment of Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tran, an overseas Vietnamese businessman showed MIKGroup’s elaborate preparation of human resources for future development.

In 2002, Mr. Nguyen decided to went back to Viet Nam to take the position of leading and managing Park Hyatt Saigon, a 5-star hotel project, after many years of break. With his extensive credit and management experience, he managed to mobilize a great number of financial resources to successfully revive the project. In the next venture, he assumed the position of Nam Long Investment Corporation’s CEO. During his time as Nam Long CEO, overseas Vietnamese businessman helped Nam Long to be listed on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, attracting major investors, such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which is a direct affiliate of World Bank.

It was especially expected that with the fluency in many languages combining with deep insight into domestic and international Real Estate market, MIKGroup would achieve breakthrough developments in the near future, becoming one of the leading Real Estate developer in Viet Nam under Mr. Nguyen’ leadership.
