Recently, Project Imperia Sky Garden developed by MIKGroup has been ranked in Top 10 in the Category of “Green and Smart Project” at Trend Setter Award organized by Dau Tu Newspaper.
Rating pool, started from November 20, 2018 to December 20, 2018, including 3 Categories: “Green and Smart Project”, “Cashflow-Attracting Project”, and “Top Resort Project”, attracted over 1.3 million votes from readers.
Surpassing over 40 projects, Imperia Sky Garden earned its 6th rank in the Category of “Green and Smart Project”. This was also the first Category within the Program to be voted based on the following criterion: Diverse and smart utility system with new elements; Utilizing the sustainable, friendly and maximum energy efficient material; Reasonable green space arrangement...
Previously, Imperia Sky Garden has continuously became recipients of multiple domestic and international major awards, such as “Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design (Property Guru Vietnam Property Awards 2018) and Viet Nam’s Best Green Project (Dot Property Award Vietnam 2017). In particular, Project Imperia Sky Garden participated in Challenge 2030 for projects which help decreasing energy consumption of newly constructed buildings, reducing neutral carbon as of 2030.
Located at No. 423 Minh Khai Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, the design of Imperia Sky Garden developed by MIKGroup took its inspiration from elevated garden from all over the world. Overall, building blocks are arranged like “branches” to secure optimum view, giving all apartments necessary angles to receive natural air, wind and sunlight, while creating multiple 2 clear-side ones with panoramic view over Red River, the central landscape or city downtown.
Running in between of the two building blocks is a landscape pivot with tropical gardens, a feng shui “lazy river”, artistic water fountain, outdoor children’s playgrounds...The apartment balconies were also optimally designed in order for their owners to enjoy pretty gardens within their designed space. The Project’s highlights lie in its four-season swimming pool, infinity pool and “sky gardens” accompanied by a relaxation space on their roofs.
