On the 23rd of August 2019, in the 2019 Vietnam Property Awards event held in Ho Chi Minh city, MIKGroup was honoured as the Best Lifestyle Property Developer.
As a part of Asia Property Awards programme, Vietnam Property Awards event has been held annually since 2015 to honour excellent real-estate firms and projects in Vietnam. With the professionally run judging system supervised by BDO which is one of the world’s largest auditing and accountancy firms, Vietnam Property Awards is considered as one of the biggest and most prestigious prizes in Vietnam.
In this year event, despite competing with numerous big nominees, MIKGroup successfully won the Best Lifestyle Developer award. To achieve this award, the developer need have finished at least 2 unique projects since 2014 and provided residents with comforts to improve their lifestyles. MIKGroup not only met but also surpassed all the requirements set by the judges. In fact, since 2014, MIKGroup has completed and handed over many luxury residential buildings such as Park Riverside in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; Imperia Garden in Hanoi; Rio Vista; etc.
